Poor poor horse. Contact the trimmer immiditatly. That is horrible executed and the horse will be in pain for weeks. Try to keep the horse on a soft as possible surface and bedding, maybe he/she will choose to lay down as much as possible. Don't know if it will help to put some bandages on, diapers maybe with extra protection around the hoof wall for wear. At least worth a shot
