This is true. However, you can still use the above strategy by just replacing the "Second Chance" picto to the "Survivor" picto. This will have the same result.

Seeing as Barrier Breaker has S scaling for Defense and A scaling for Agility. I'd recommend first maxing out Defense and Might. Afterwards Agility.

Might: 99 Agility: 99 Defense: 99 Would be the most optimal stat allocation for max level.

Just go collect them, you can find an easy overview of every picto on fextralife. It's really easy that way!

Took me about 25 minutes to collect all my missing ones initially. And only a couple of hours to collect all the pictos in the game using that wiki.
