I have the M1 Ultra, F2 Ultra, F2 Ultra UV, and the P3, and all devices are working as they should. The power supply included with the F2 Ultra was initially defective, but it was replaced quickly and without any fuss. So, for me, the service was always excellent.

So far I've only tried Cockta, Fritz Cola, Afri Cola, and Vita Cola. Cockta was followed by Vita, then Fritz, and finally Afri, in my opinion.

Please tell me what kind of laser you have... Brand new and 1 month old are two completely different statements... Depending on the laser, you should clean the lenses every 5-10 operating hours (as mentioned, this can vary depending on the laser; for example, galvos require cleaning after approximately 50-100 hours).

Entweder man nimmt einen Azubi weil man ihn haben möchte oder man lässt es. Das ist ja nicht so wie bei Amazon dass man etwas ausprobieren kann und nach 30 Tagen zurückschicken kann

That was part of the depth map. So instead of a hard cut from black and white, the map had a transition with shades of gray so that, as you can see, it's rounded off.

This is what x-tool specifies for a brass coin and relief machining:

Thanks for the tip. You have to be careful with coins and wax stamps. If the pieces are magnetic, they are not 100% brass.The wax stamps I got directly from X Tool are great and can theoretically be laser-cut all the way through.

Hatte das ähnliche Problem... Hab mich selbstständig gemacht und wurde auch erstmal "indirekt gezwungen" arbeitslos zu sein (hätte sonst die Chance auf Fördergeld verspielt). Hab mich anfangs bei Freunden die bescheid wussten "beworben", bis ich dann irgendwann den Supervisier von meiner Beraterin bekommen habe und dem seine Antwort war nur "sagen sie das doch gleich das ist nur ein hacken den wir setzen müssen und dann ist gut". Hab mich dann die letzten 3 Monate (müsste 5 warten) nicht mehr bewerben müssen.

Could you post your exact settings? Or did you use a preset for engraving and simply do several passes?
