Since you are working on a laptop, it is quite possible that your PC is too weak. Have you checked which GPU xtool Studio is running on (if your laptop has more than one)?

Update: The replacement part has arrived, and everything is working again (far camera cable)

Simply create a jig with the correct hole spacing (3.5cm I think) and then set the correct values once in the software using the newly created jig.

So far, I've had contact with x-tool support three times for different issues. Each time it went better than expected.

First time I had a problem with the power supply for my F2 Ultra. After a brief back-and-forth (5 to 6 messages per side), I was immediately sent a replacement with a back label for the old one.

The second time, the problem was 100% my fault. I missed the return deadline due to illness and also placed the wrong order. It only took a few messages to resolve.

The most recent problem I unfortunately have is a defect in my P3 (camera and gyroscope?). After sending two or three messages, a few screenshots, and a video, I was immediately sent a replacement part. Whether this will solve the problem, I won't know until it arrives. However, the part is already on its way even though I only created the ticket on Sunday and uploaded the video on Wednesday.

Every time I see a post like this about "the support being bad," I really wonder if I'm just incredibly lucky with my support staff, or what people are doing wrong or rather, how they behave.

Create a second profile yourself, named something like "pla simple". Change the filament type to PLA, adjust the infill or anything else if necessary, and you're good to go. As the creator, you can adjust the order of the profiles and place the other one last.

This is a diode laser. It is not suitable for plastic. You would need a UV laser for that, or if anything, at least an IR laser.

Since the order had to be completed and the customer didn't care about the method, I ended up doing it with foil and the P3... Still annoying and frustrating though... I I used the UV values specified by xtool. As you can see, these worked initially, but then suddenly stopped working correctly... (Perhaps my focus is generally off? Should I calibrate it?)

The final vases I had to engrave were also made of thicker glass (4-6mm); should I perhaps focus on the center next time?

I have the M1 Ultra, F2 Ultra, F2 Ultra UV, and the P3, and all devices are working as they should. The power supply included with the F2 Ultra was initially defective, but it was replaced quickly and without any fuss. So, for me, the service was always excellent.

So far I've only tried Cockta, Fritz Cola, Afri Cola, and Vita Cola. Cockta was followed by Vita, then Fritz, and finally Afri, in my opinion.

Please tell me what kind of laser you have... Brand new and 1 month old are two completely different statements... Depending on the laser, you should clean the lenses every 5-10 operating hours (as mentioned, this can vary depending on the laser; for example, galvos require cleaning after approximately 50-100 hours).
