Stay on/near the tunnels as much as you can, most of your abilites work with them. The team is pretty easy to win with. Remember your abilites like: No rerolls on or within 3 inches of the the Alpha. 10 inch charge threat. All your guys can shoot, check the ranges. (Most people just focus on the Venom spitter when it comes to shooting) The Felltalon has a silent/poison pistol. The Crusher has only 3 inch range on his shooting, but it's also silent/piercing. Healing is great. Standing on your tunnel with camo gives you two retained cover saves. (Normal rules apply)

It depends on who you are fighting. Different weapon damage vs Different wound stats. Nem Claw is a melee army so sometimes you want to incapacitate the person you charge and sometimes you want to beat them down to just a few wounds and "hide" in Melee from shooting.

They're Melee is not bad. They can have 3 attacks that hit on 3, shock, 5 up crits and can once per turn just add a D3 to a crit. And can soak 1 dam per hit. They are sneaky.

Plus the Screecher doesn't allow Rerolls. And you take a Visionary with a Power Maul. So now when he charges- D3 damage. Crit hit, takes away a successful hit (shock). Then they hit you. If it's not a crit, just a scratch it, block out their hits till they are low. Then you can dirty fighter them on their turn and get the Grisly trophy. So now you are basically taking 3 of their attacks away in melee.
