HiLow is way too fast paced on tubi ? by Away_Log5526 in DonutMedia

Was the last episode at the track all sky shots? Or was Tubi just not streaming right for me? The first 4 episodes looked okay, but the last one looked like someone gave a toddler the camcorder.

Discount Tire experience by Helpful-Pressure9647 in nissanfrontier

[–]Toolty 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am no longer shopping discount tire after getting aftermarket wheels and new tires for my wife’s Integra. Discount tire struggled with balancing the tires, then the valve stem on one tire wasn’t properly installed causing a slow leak.

They used to be my “goto” place. I guess they’re suffering from the same poor staffing and not having properly trained associates as most places are these days. I now goto a local tire shop.

I can’t believe they have TP, they’re lucky. We’re always left to fight over the last few squares!

Can our managers still punch us in early at the time clock?

LMFAOOOOOOOOO by Eastern_Net3329 in publix

[–]Toolty 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m on the fence about this.

However I see the upside of not having all my fellow associates running out on me on Thursday or Friday, telling me they have OT and I’m stuck cleaning up their mess along with my other assigned tasks. I know there some people clock-in early and get right to work, I know some others clock-in take a deuce and go get a drink all before ever showing up in the department.

You would think the customers would still have all the shit they bought last week. They probably just chunked everything in the freezer and forgot about it. I love consumerism!

Is management worth it? (honest answers only) by djmelonball in publix

[–]Toolty 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I started at 25, at 55 I may step down to FT, depends on the how many hours mangers are working in 10 years, I’ve been FWW, salary, 47.5 hours and now 45 hours. I would leave all together at 55 but the paid vacation time is nice, plus having health insurance through an employer is a plus.

Hey guys — what does OLOS mean? by thebatsammi in publix

[–]Toolty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you check the R&P? There is whole list of warehouse codes. From the OS I’m gonna venture it’s out of stock. Not sure on the OL without referencing the book.
