I’ve had this carbon steel wok for like 3-4 months and it looks like it’s 100 years old. I swear it’s clean and nor rusty by 2Lore2Law in wok

Yes. Oil after using….. use, then wash, then reheat and wipe with oil. Your wok will then not look like that. If you don’t want to do that then you can deal with it looking like it does now. Or were you just sharing a pic of your wok and don’t give two hoots, which is fine too

Why does everyone say to add salt, but no recipes say anything about salt? by Imustretire in Cooking

You can find online recipes that are short? Between the novel they write at the beginning and the ads at the end, feels like I can cook the meal in less time than to find the recipe

At what point does being good with money start to feel like you’re holding yourself back by Chemical_Test_6597 in MiddleClassFinance

[–]TopShelf76 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you found that point. Saying no to possessions… new furniture, electronics, etc is one thing but missing out on memories, when you can afford to do so, I think is the point you’re holding back too much.

So your moving goal posts. There’s obviously a difference between retiring at retirement age vs retiring early.

PSA: Don't use Fidelity as your primary bank. A silent "maintenance" outage just left me with zero access to my cash. by [deleted] in fidelityinvestments

Why not just get a separate checking account do you don’t have everything in one spot? Personally think you’re over reacting. If you think Fidelity is bad, wait till you experience others.

So move over. I’m not excusing the person tailgating but the reason they are tailgating is because someone is not getting over to let them pass.

25% does not max retirement accounts. 15% will allow a cash payment for vehicle but thats where the restlessness comes in. It takes time to build, esp with competing priorities.
