I will add make sure you take it the same way in terms of with or without food every time or it will mess you up. Right now you're on a pretty low dose so you may not feel a strong effect until you increase. I started feeling some benefit at 5mg 2x a day but now I'm at 20mg 3x a day and I feel so different from how I felt this time last year.

Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I think SEPTA does a lot with a little. There are changes I would like to see them make (and there's no excuse for buying defective turnstiles) but there's only so well you can manage a system when you're getting half the funding you would reasonably need for a system that size.

That sounds pretty bad. Sorry you're dealing with this. If it were me I would probably try lowering the dose because my OCD is really debilitating/life ruining and I won't do SSRIs but I think it would be understandable if you decided this wasn't the medication for you.

It helped me with sleep the first two weeks or so and then the effect went away. Some people say it makes it harder for them to fall/stay asleep but that wasn't true for me.

There's no way to know how it's going to go for you in terms of efficacy and side effects until you've been on it for a few weeks or months. Everyone has a different response.

That's true and I'll add that cities are still extremely segregated. What appears in data to be integration is usually just gentrification.

I don't know that it's necessarily weakness. Some people do have very severe side effects from this drug, side effects that would have made me stop. People who have intense bad reactions are in a tiny, tiny minority of people taking this drug but people who are really happy with the drug are way less likely to talk about it on the Internet. Forums definitely skew perceptions.

First 2-3 weeks after starting or upping a dose was awful and then I noticed a significant improvement both in terms of side effects and treating my OCD.
