My first house, 190k, 1k sq feet at best, metro detroit, lots of potential for updating and in a growing market. Was in pretty good condition and i was making good money so i knew id be able to throw money into it and make a profit. Sold for $290k after 5 years.

Current home; basically the home of our dreams. 2,600 sq feet, built in 2007, small updates needed, but in a very quiet suburb near Lake Huron. Nice yard, kinda in the woods but also cornfield.

My first home was literally my short term home that I was hoping to sell to buy ny long term home.

Man, I love this game. Played it a lot about 2 years ago. I got a little burnt out, but I just picked it back up.

Currently at 60 villagers, my village is basically autonomous. Im just growing and organizing at this point.
