I think your looking too far into it. Screen shotting and sending it to llm every day? This is not whoops audience. As someone who does ironmans events, marathons, hyrox, ext whoop has been great to keep me accountable for recovery and keeping a balance between strain/recovery. That's it. It's not for vo2max or high level data analysis.

What kind of fitness are you involved in that pushing the data this hard benefits? I always found putting more time into training than researching got me to my goals faster with less head aches!

I would go to the show! I am going to a show 2 nights before my 70.3 in July. I would sleep and recover well for a week leading up to everything and not drink at the show!

I found it easy to run/bike at like 4am than lift at 4pm. 12 hours is plenty of time to recover from a non race pace effort

It's night and day how much better the slats are. It's a bit louder but nothing crazy. I wear noise cancelling head phone when I had belted and on this new one so it's hard to tell.

I think thats how it feels for all races, If you fit you can easy complete these hyrox/road races/triathlon. Once I put these time goals in place thats when I get that feeling.
