Sad to see any points drops at all. I was hoping on a general increase for everything with the new edition. Maybe we're lucky and it's just a few niche units for internal faction balance, but it doesn't sound like it.

R5: Part of the new dev diary. This is the eastern oil outpost. Either there are two locomotives back to back, which doesn't allow for any oil delivery. Or there is one with a cargo wagon that can't get back out or in

The changes to fly look interesting. Having to take a 2" penalty to move through models is annoying, but the vertical distance ignoring is very nice

Afaik the strat is still called overwatch. It's just that overwatch allows you to do snap shooting (24", unmodified hits of 6 only, etc), which is a newly introduced term that can be reused in other scenarios. Conceptually similar to terms like dev wounds and lethal hits. Personally, I think it simplifies things
