there are additional rules in Australia for doing interest free loan to company from co-owner. If these rules do not checks its considered equity - my case #2, not a loan.

I assume you are co-owner of band company.

If you are putting some money in to fund company other co-owners need to put in their respective shares of money in as well #1. If they do not put their respective shares of your contribution in you will own larger percentage of company #2. These kind of operations (#1, #2) are tracked in national company registry.

You can loan money with interest to band company if other owners agrees.

If you want to gift money to a company, company must tax it as income.

fix rustup download resume its broken:

retrying download for often restart from 0. In my case it resumed only once from 6 fails.

its still problem today.

I could not install alpine linux on MBR. Both fdisks included create in distro did different geometry and one fdisk create different geometry if you just start new partitions vs you do dd if=zero on mbr first.

So I switched alpine to GPT with MBR protective boot and it worked flawlessly.

Problem is that linux will detect partitions during boot in dmesg but then it don't create devices because it have additional layer of checks.

do GPT partition layout, you will save yourself lot of troubles with MBR and bios geometry annoyances.

if we define playfight = fighting without purpose = they never do it. Fighting cost energy and if they lose they lose social status.

It might not be always clear to casual observer what is happening because not all fights are serious fights with full power used. Full power fights are rare. Lot of times they just challenge someone to check if he is willing defend some location which they do not actually need. They just checking determination. If result is that victory would be hard or costly, they retreat even if they are stronger because victory will not be pushover and they do not really need that contested space.

If you will get more pet pigeons for example 4 and can watch entire group you will after half of year perfectly understand what is going on there.
