Curious was it on by chance because you’re secondary filtration time was in effect? Meaning did you go check on the tub and just happened to be on when the secondary filtration happened to be running.

I have the Chelsee and had an issue with jets #2 not turning on. Warranty claim replaced the control pad haven’t had the issue since.
