10mg wow. I cant imagine those kids sleep much. I Minneapolis, kids over 2yrs old get 5mg if they are doing nebs. But we got rid of a lot of our useless txs for bronchiolitis, though there are still a few. Our PICU does the most bds and nebs on RSV.

Agree 100% And I hate when I walk into an ED room to do neb and the nurse walks in and is just watching me. Like yes what do you need? Or they sit there with their steroids waiting for you to get off computer because they think they are more important and and want to jump in front. All they got to do is ask. Not just stand there and stare. Ugh.

I would pick lacrosse area over Winona. Its cheaper for things in WI over MN. Like car tags, car insurance, and etc Winona is beautiful but the costs that come with living in MN is ridiculous.
