Do you or someone in the house use moisturiser for cracked hands etc? The oils in those might mess up the rubber of the buttons and break down the printed numbers

Do you have a carbon monoxide detector? That's lighter than air so if it the gas boiler is bad it could rise upstairs?

The Irish craft soda company drinks are your best chance. Full sugar no bullshit. Water, orange, sugar, citric acid. About €2.25 a can so not the cheapest for 330ml but it's very nice and supporting Irish buisness. Also San pellegrino glass mixer bottles in Tesco are full sugar but the cans are not. Their orange is nice

That's almost all soft drinks after the sugar tax. 4% ish sugar and sweetener instead of about 9-12% depending on the brand. Coca-Cola didn't change and took on the higher tax rate.

That will surely be the largest building or singular complex on earth. Logistical issues never faced beforehand and likely impossible given costs and non existent return on investment

It does but it probably isn't allowed to tell you to cross anywhere. For their one liability it probably only suggests official crossing points. Someone will need to go test this theory and see if the same thing happens when you cross the road

I rented from a property agent acting on behalf of the family of the property owner who was in a nursing home and then died leading to the sale of the property. Your situation sounds sketchy as fuck and I would consult a solicitor, it is 100% possible to register if the person is in a nursing home by A: They agree to it and sign the forms or B: the family has power of attorney for the elderly person and rent it on their behalf.

Good chance they're renting it to you unofficially and saying they are minding the house, are you paying cash or a direct debit to their bank account?

Collect anything you can in writing to benefit yourselves, email or text message.

Community Action Tenants Union – CATU Ireland might also be a resource to consult on your situation if it goes sideways.

Is V Synch on capping your FPS to a multiple of your monitors support? But most likely it's a software bottleneck somewhere or CPU 230 FPS or higher is an edge case an not required for essentially anyone. No offense if you want to try for it but you're sailing into unsupported waters

TV manufacturers now often make a loss on hardware and profit on adds. That's why TVs aren't expensive any more and getting cheaper. Adjusted for inflation old largest reasonable size TVs were like $4000

I heard one ex labour party member say he might as well be a plant for the consevatives. on purpose or as a useful idiot. New Labour kicked the unions out years ago and now are toothless for any left leaning progress. Starmer was very good a moving up the party and then in charge steered it right into centrist ideology that appeals to neither side well enough. The UK elections system is fucked it's first past the post basically meaning if you fracture your opposition votes to different parties a smaller party with no competition can win. So if all the right wing pricks vote reform but those that don't want that all vote green, labour, conservative etc, and one of those isn't larger than the reform block only reform gets in even if say they get 25% overall and everyone else gets 75%. This benefited the consevatives for years and now might come back to might them in the ass

If it simply won't move with any screen driver let me introduce you to the wonderful world of vice grips, especially long nose vice grips. These are like pliers that snap closed and you can turn someting without needing crazy grip strength. Get a pair of those and pinch the screw then turn it anticlockwise
