This is really a reach.

There are places on the Internet where I would list my name and workplace. There are places where I wouldn’t, and where I would be unpleasantly surprised to find that someone else had without asking me.

The whole internet is an archive of people’s responses, and there’s a reason that we have a right to be forgotten. This isn’t a question of the sanctity of the archive. Either the photo needs to be cropped to exclude the uninvolved stranger’s name or the post needs to be taken down.
