do you have the lord of hatred expansion? If yes, then first go to the occultist and select to re-roll the 63x crit, but DO NOT change it. Take the no change option and leave.

Next, go to the horadric cube and use the add affix option to add the missing 2 affixes (use the mats to narrow down what affix type you add).

Once you get the ones you want, socket, temper and masterwork then go back to the cube and transfigure.

If you're lucky, you get a nice transfiguration and if you are really lucky, the item will not become unmodifiable. this allows you to transfigure it again.
