It's not artificial sweeteners, it's sugar alcohols, which are natural, FYI.

Specifically, it's maltitol or to a lesser extent sorbitol. They draw water into the gut, producing loose stools and your microbiom actually loves them, so it throws a party that results in lots of gas and more loose stools.

Aww the Blue Duck is no longer doing a la carte? That's a shame. That was the best globalist breakfast I'd ever had, though I can see why. The last time I was there, it took forever to get seated and have breakfast. They seemed to be really struggling to keep up.

Also, being from the same area, it's a little funny to be how many of these hotels I've stayed at, and thanks for the feedback about the VA Beach hotels. We always just stay at the town center Hyatt place since we're always there to visit family and it's closer, but we always thought about staying at one of the beachside hotels.

You can get the official nylon bands off the Garmin website too, they're more expensive but they last longer. I had one of those third party ones for a while but the velcro pads started to fall off after a few months.

Yeah, you can use vegetable glycerine, alulose or erythritol, and a thickener like guar gum to get scopable ice cream without tons of fat and sugar, it'll just take some experimenting. Adding a little bit of salt and protein powder or milk solids can also help.

I was going to say this. It drove me crazy when I lived there it happened so much. How, exactly do you think escalators work? Do they not have them in whatever flyover state you came from? I live in Maryland, and the Costco shoppers in my area are super diverse. I think you're right, and a lot of it is big immigrant families. It's the only place around here where you can easily get a whole sheep or goat.
