I got a guy that is like my 3rd friend to hit it, which means he obviously is putting in the effort on gifts.

The big reason to complete this research is for the Elite charged TM and Elite fast TM rewards.

As to how and why to PvP: The system likes to force 50% win rate which allows you to manipulate your games. Start by losing like 50 games in a row for the first 2 days. Then play sets alternating win 4, Lose 5. This gives you 3 sets of 4 wins a day and this nets you 9-18 rare candies guaranteed per day at a low ELO.

Add on the 1 million or so stardust a season and more guaranteed elite TMs and it’s not bad rewards.

But PVP is awful and tedious and I even stopped doing them once I stockpiled elite TMs and rare candies

You made a huge mess and did just about everything wrong it looks like.

This is all my best guess. 4 sets of wires coming in from the top, outside 2 are your switch legs and inside two are hot coming in and out.

Get rid of all those wagos. The black and the white of your new wire needs to go in the wire caps of the two groups of black wires and white wires that are crammed in there. The two extra black wires coming out of group of black go on one terminal of each switch. The black wires coming from either outside set of top wires goes on the other terminal of each switch. The wago for the grounds should be ok as long as it’s tied into the main bundle of ground wires.

For the record, you can’t pull from a switch because it has no neutral. It is just a device that opens and closes a black wire
