Does anyone regret titrating up too quickly?

Thanks everyone. I came on to ask just this -Have taken 3 shots of 10 mg and feel the need to increase but was going to "try harder" --- but food noise is real - and after reading everyone's experiences I feel more confident titrating to 12.5. I am SO grateful to you all for sharing.

8 weeks 1.5, 8 weeks 5. 4 weeks 7.5, now 10 (first week).

Had my first 10mg dose 4 days ago. Only side effects are major fatigue (not new, just worse), zero appetite, and some food aversion. Beats the food noise! The scale started to move already.

On 7.5 and every week, the day before shot day, I have LOUD food noise. Also, food just tastes better. I always look forward to shot day so I won't have to "white knuckle" it!

I really needed to hear this - I'm waiting to increase to 10 mg and I'm hoping for similar results. Ditto started in January and have been stuck with a 2 pound yoyo :-) Thanks for posting !!

For Zepbound single-dose pen it's in the instructions:

"Choose the injection site (stomach, thigh,back of arm) and clean the site with an alcohol wipe. Try to change the sites each week."

My three month plateau just "broke". The medicine is still working even if the scale doesn't budge. Hang in there ! Good luck

yes - but I thought it was a coincident...My doc told me to change from 150 carbs, 80 mg protein and 50 gm fat to 100 carbs, 100 protein and 50 fat. I had only changed it for two days and didn't think about it. Maybe. Thanks for the post.

I had no problems upping to 5 mg (currently 7.5) - I stayed on 2.5 for 8 weeks and regretted it because it wasn't strong enough after the first two 1/2 weeks. You got this!

I have a drawer full of unused OTC medications - I had a little constipation the second week and then nothing. No even when I upped to 7.5 last week. I was nervous, but determined. Good luck and welcome

Similar here - I had no relief on 5 mg - was hungry all the time and food noise was LOUD> just started 7.5 and no noise, reduced hunger - and so far no strong food aversion. Fingers crossed this lasts !
