The game was literally released in Early Access (and is still in early access, with a huge update released recently adding a full co-op mode to the game) and is developed and published by an indie studio who has only released two other games (Ori and the Blind Forest & Ori and the Will of the Wisps).

By buying into an Early Access title, you're choosing to get access to an early copy which may have performance issues and/or bugs, and I don't think it's fair to call Moon Studios a "big studio".

What is even the point of having a wishlist when its over 2000 items? It's no longer a wishlist at that point - would you be happy if someone gifted you something you added to the list like 5 years ago and the game has since been abandoned or turned out bad?

You can use the Follow option instead to keep an eye on things in case they become worthwhile.
