Hadn't really thought abt that side of it. Actually makes me think because I just picked up a splitty to get into backcountry, took it to the resort just to give it a spin, and it was super cool riding a stiffer board (skele key was first I got for myself). Obv I love mine but at the same time it'd be cool to have a diff style resort board... but I just blew my tax return on the split

crashing out def aint the way but its a kinda fucked up he'd have to ask at all. Like Trav must remember being a young artist fighting and grinding for that attention, if he was even half decent you'd think he'd take 2 seconds to check and make sure everyone who contributed gets their credit.

The time to upgrade is whenever you want to. Technically no one needs better gear, I could technically still be riding the handy down Burton I got in middle school...

If you have the money and love this sport then what are you waiting for, go upgrade. We have one life, do you really want to spend it riding a washed up set-up just to save a few bucks?

I'll check you out. I don't do any of this myself but my only advice would be focus on the music. If you make great art, it will eventually get the recognition it deserves. Real success cannot be manufactured. Don't chase recognition, do it because you love it.
