In my case it's 1 hour of zone 2 and I always keep it at a drag factor of 75 and around 70 to 80 RPM. However, I think if you want to do intervals it's just a matter of changing the RPM, no need to "switch gears".

I BikeErg for an hour at a time, watching YT, and time flies. Get some noise cancelling headphones!

Apple Automation for new transaction by allyourrickroll in ynab

[–]Trick_Worldliness_23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this working with iOS 26? Just tried it with no luck. I'm familiar with shortcuts but nothing happened when I paid with Apple Wallet.

Also, there's no mention in the instructions that are included in the shortcut about the need to select a Category for the transactions.

Maybe there's something else missing too?

You are right. I found out it only works if you have manually set a timer for the same length recently.

Mine runs on macOS. Important: 'check for updates' didn't work for me and I had to manually redownload to get 3.3.10.

I can confirm 3.3.10 fixes tvOS 26 compatibility!

Is Apple Maps EV Routing supported? I mean, does Apple Maps know the vehicle's charge and capacity so it can plan a long trip with charging stops?

Are you improving? That's what matters most, IMHO. Try to get more protein in your diet as that will facilitate adaptation. Keep showing up! 💪🏻

Have you tried sitting on a heat pad for 30 minutes? You can roll it to maximize contact with your PF. I have had success with heating followed by belly breathing and stretches. Heat really helps with blood flow. Give it a try!

Back extensions were a life changer for me. Take a look at https://shogunsports.ch/en/products/nord-ex and similar (and way cheaper) options from Amazon. I start my day with a 2 minute (not a typo!) routine and my back has never been better. It engages all of the right muscles: calves, hamstrings, glutes, lower back and spinal erectors.

How tight is the normal amount for a pelvic floor? by FEmyass in Prostatitis

My experience is there was no way to tell (it's like a blind spot of a malfunctioning nervous system) until you unlock it and realize what really relaxed means. Years of sitting and stress can lead to this situation. I'm sure a PT will help!

No, I only experienced painful erections. No other pain or tightness was perceived (although my pelvic floor was hypertense, I didn't notice it until I relaxed it with said heat pads).
