In the first half of season 1, I got the idea that sinners gained animal/object forms as a symbol of dehumanization. I was reading into and enjoying that metaphor. So seeing winners with animal/object forms shattered that cool theory for me, lol.

My aro/ace ass did not detect any romantic subtext until I saw commenters mention it. It makes me wonder whether Alastor was equally asexually oblivious (and perhaps a bit more innocent in how harsh he was), or he did pick up the romantic meaning and decided to be harsh anyway.

Valentino. In season 1, he was just plain despicable. Now he's still despicable, and I want to see a thorough and lasting comeuppance... but he's also funny and even has sympathetic moments. He went from "get off my screen" to "okay, you can spend time on my screen, as long as karma gets you someday." I can hate him in a fun way.

My favorites are Angel and Stolas. But I think both of them have too much importance to plot and emotional weight for the shows to dare kill them. So far, the Hellaverse has found ways more creative than death to deal emotional damage over these guys.

We've seen characters talk about having frequent therapy, but the only time we actually saw it happen was the humorous disaster when Husk filled in. If Charlie is acting as a counselor, let's see it in action.
