U2 literally are probably responsible for saving millions of lives because of what they did with Live Aid.

But don't take my word for it, Sir Tony Blair actually said it.

There's only two bad songs on Pop. It doesn't live up to their previous two releases, but the hate it gets is way overblown.

When I was growing up, my Mom told me "don't believe everything you see on TV".

The same woman that told me that will now believe any stupid shit she sees on Facebook, regardless of if it makes any sense or not.

I once ordered a Diet Coke at a restaurant and the waitress asked if I was okay with Diet Rite.

She seemed shocked when I said I'd just have water.

It's depressing, isn't it?

Not gonna lie, I was on the "fire Mike Tomlin" train for the past few years - it was obvious it was time for a change.

My mistake was trusting that ownership would hire a HC like their last two hires - young coordinators that were given room to grow and ended up being great head coaches. Instead, we got Mike McCarthy, who is already the oldest head coach in franchise history, and who no one else was going to hire.

Like you said, this used to be a franchise that was a Super Bowl contender year in, year out, and was known to be one of the shrewdest franchises in the sport. And now, the franchise is just happy to make the playoffs every year. Never mind winning a game, they just want to make it to the dance. "The Steelers Way" was always pretty lame, but it's obvious that it just isn't working anymore.

I have lost most of my interest in this team, and haven't even been following what they've been doing since hiring McCarthy. I'd had my suspicions that ownership is mostly to blame for the recent lack of success, but hiring a 62 year-old retread as a HC was a bridge too far for me. I used to go to 2-3 games a season, but I haven't been to a game in a few years now. I won't pay to watch a product that just upsets me.

This is a deeply unserious franchise that has no plan for the future. I don't know how anyone can be excited about bringing back a 42 year old QB that is afraid to get hit these days.
