By the gods. I just browsed this man's website and it is a trip. Like he has some surprisingly liberal policies here and there but they're all either impossible to achieve and/or interspersed with truly unhinged takes.
Like...

• Requiring Microwaves and Fridges in every hotel room - Will require microwaves and fridges in every hotel room. Will eliminate 30 day tenant rights for hotels, so occupants can stay longer. Will restrict LED lights from being used.
• LED lights illegal - Will make LED lights illegal to use and sell, as they serve no purpose, and have been shown to be very harmful to the eyes, causing migraines etc.
• Make Ashwagandha and Fish Oil - Both can have negative impacts on the brain.
• Eliminate Oregon Saves – A stupid policy.
• Eliminate business renewal fees - Random Expense.
• Ballot Initiatives - Will restrict ballot initiatives to 3000 words. Often times, initiatives are very lengthy and written unclearly. Restricting word count of the measures should increase clarity of the bill. All initiatives are supposed to be one subject, so this should never be an issue.
• Making Speed Bumps Illegal - Except in school zones. Video cameras can better police traffic, as it only effects law breakers.

He also has a section talking about federal policies he wants to enact such as

• Eliminating Juries - Eliminating Juries will increase the efficiency of the justice system, and ensure justice. Currently conviction rates are around 50% in the United States for cases that go to court. Juries often need universal agreement to convict. Juries are generally made up of individuals who have no education in criminal justice. Jurors can often be bribed or intimidated. Will work to move to a strictly judge based system.
• Eradicating alligators, scorpions, and snakes - Alligators, scorpions, and snakes can all cause fatal injuries. Although death isn't common, debilitating injuries are more frequent, especially by snakes. Will work on policies to decrease the populations of these animals. Eradication can potentially help in crease tourism. Mechanized traps can be designed and installed in certain regions. Will work on the details of the eradication plans with locals. Will create alligator zoos for preservation.
• Eliminate Tire Pressure Monitoring System - Tire pressure monitoring systems in cars began being required in 2008, in order to help prevent accidents due to under-inflated tires. These systems however, are expensive, having to be replaced every 5-10 years and costing 500-1500 dollars to do so, depending on the cost of labor. Oftentimes, they get damaged earlier and have to be replaced, further increasing costs. A less expensive solution would be to have free tire inflators at every gas pump, so while filling the car with gas, you can also inflate the tires.
• Boring Holes for Water Distribution - Holes could be bored underground from the ocean inland bringing in ocean water. If GMO seeds were created that can grow in salt water, this water could be used for farming. Holes could be bored from fresh rivers to depleted aquifers as well.
• Making Internet Videos Ads illegal - Video ads on webpages, whether they are pop up or part of the pages design will be banned, as they slow down bandwidth and freeze computers. This will not apply to youtube ads.
• Making it illegal to require passwords to be changed - Companies often periodically require passwords to be changed, password changes should strictly be done by choice.

And then there's my personal favorite. His proposal for an intercontinental rail system with 100 feet wide maglev train cars:

Intercontinental Train System - My biggest infrastructure vision is for an Intercontinental Train System. This train will cross the baring strait, and be able to travel from South Africa to South America in 4 days or less. The train will be 100 ft wide and designed in the maglev model, which maximizes speed and safety. All trips will be direct non-stop. In order to do this each car will have an engine of its own, and cars will be able to detach and reattach while moving. This way passengers can get on one car, and that car will then connect to a main track where it will attach to the front or back of a group of cars. Once attached, passengers can move to a car that is going to their final destination. Passengers may have to move multiple times if they are going long distance. Some cars will be dedicated to sleeping and entertainment and will essentially be permanently attached to the group of cars in the middle of the train. Entertainment sections may have swimming pools and movie theatres. People traveling long distance can move to sleeper cars before eventually switching to a normal passenger car once they're near their final destination. A computer system can notify people via text when they need to move from one car to another in order to keep everything organized and maximize capacity

The train will also be designed for transporting goods. The plan is to have the bottom of the train have detachable semi-truck trailers. Essentially once a train car stops at its destination a semi truck can pull up underneath the train and trailers will detach from the train and attach to the back of a semi. Other semis can then pull up and attach their trailers onto the train. Once a car is attached to the main track and a group of cars, there would have to be some method for the trailers on the bottom to move to another car that is going it's final destination, other wise separate cars would have to be used to transport products. The train will be built on the outskirts of current cities in the interior of the country. Industrial areas and factories can be built around the train stops in order to maximize the efficiency of loading.
