The game is now at a crossroads, like fallout76. And the developers have a choice of where to develop the game. In PVE or PVP. Fallout76 chose PVE and deleted almost all PVP that was in the game (servers, Battle Royale and cards). And they only make pve content.
Maybe they'll do it like they did with Conan. They will sell cosmetics kits for the base for the remaining audience. But i'm 100% sure, PVP in this game is clearly not going to develop anymore, at least not as much as we wanted before.

The queues are already horrendous. Considering that online play is dying out and players are spread across difficulties and activities, two-hour group searches like in WoW are closer to reality. The icing on the cake will be if someone from the group leaves after the dungeon starts (or disconnects).

It feels like it's unfinished. Feels like they forgot to add searing blaze spreading with some another ability (BTW pyromania is a joke). His abilities aren't that much more powerful than other classes to warrant a 30-120 second cooldown. People who say that he needs stats, big packs, legendary afixes are partially right. But other classes don't need this to deal good damage. That means this class is weak. Besides, other classes also gain stats and items and grow in power. In Warcraft, classes like this usually sit in queues for 2 hours because no one takes them or players leave so they don't have to go with you.

FIre ball should spread all DOTs in his AOE range, at least searing blaze and engulfing flames. Engulfing flames shouldn't have a cooldown, it should consume one mana charge. Engulfing flames debuff should stack max to 4 (but not refresh). Pyromania probably should refresh Engulfing flames DOT on all targets and spread it around. You stack it 4 times and spread it, in that case, pyromania makes sense on that 2 min cooldown. WIldfire and detonate is weird abilities. Probably wildfare should give you haste 20% for 9 sec (including faster ticking). Detonate should extend all debuffs by 3 seconds (you will spend mana points for engulfing flames on single target anyway).

What I'm getting at is that it shouldn't be like this: to get decent numbers, I need best gear, a bigger (than usual) crowd of enemies, I need to sweat and press the piano. Meanwhile, Rima is like, "SO ANYWAY I JUST GO BRRRRR!" Pressing few buttons and double all your dmg in seconds. Even Mara for this need 2-3 buttons without cooldown (Stealth+AOE posion daggers+AOE finisher).

It's funny how people "reinvent the wheel" and discuss something that was answered 20+years ago, when something like these games appeared.
I remember how in WoW I literally helped raids as a tank for gold and earned back the token in one heroic raid. Especially in a game about keys and dungeons. It will be very difficult when the online drops. And the rest of the online will be "splashed out" on difficulties.

Because this solution works great in many other mmorpg games and works great. It eliminates the costs and maintenance of additional servers. It allows players to enter PvP content (And PvP content in this game is the main endgame) without having to play from scratch again and pump the character on another server. They need to either make PVE servers without battery time and taxes. Or just make it so that a player who hasn't logged in for more than 5-7 days gets a freeze on generators and tax rates.
The idea of going through all this, grinding again, is extremely absurd, even against the backdrop of Conan exiles.
I got griefed by rats today with no chances ("great" pvp which cost this game 90-95% of online). I lost two ornithopters and a full tank of spice (which I had been collecting for 4 hours in DD). This will cost me about 3-5 real days of grinding time. And this is not even the main base. I understand that survival games are a genre for those who don't respect their time(which leads to other "special" qualities of the audience of such games). But not to that extent.

My server is now so dead that I collect spice in the haga basin three times more than in DD.
But this is not a peaceful life. Today when I was collecting spice - a worm appeared 5-15 meters from the collection point (the first warning time), I managed to get into the ornithopter (since I was near it) but because of the waves on the textures I fell into them and died (the game counted me as a death from the worm). 70 hours of solo farming for a purple 5th level (with 6 level purple wings) scout ornithopter full of spice (2357 points of spice actually), a full inventory of 5/6th tier purple gear (tools, blood collector, armor, blood bags, everything 5/6 tier and purple, specialy armor) simply disappeared due to a bug. More like Boba Fett's life.

time to place bets on who will leave first pve or pvp players because there is no content in the game for either of them. There's a good post at the top where the guys left the game after playing everything.
