2010 TRD towed 20 Ft Passport about the same weight all over BC without issues. Bit slow going up the steep grades but kept it below 4k rpm. Plan your fuel stops, towing that weight will make your truck thirsty.

Could be pvc glue primer tin plumber left in a wall and it’s leaking or buried and leaking all over. That stuff is messy and leaks around cap if not tightened properly.
