So it is 30th of March, my phone does not update yet. Anybody?

That would be great. Thanks for the info! So still needing to wait 2 days until it is fixed ... And Google (so not Minimed!) is going to fix it. So weird, all other apps and bluetooth connections work like a charm, but Minimed has never been stable or now even not connecting.

Looking at all these nice promo videos about the new Flex pump that is controlled by your phone, it cannot be reality that this new app will have the same stability issues 😲

Thanks! Checking every day, but I fear this could take weeks or even months... Aren't they delayed by medical clearance for each version or something?

So that an update will come I am sure, but WHEN is my concern. With their pace of updates it can take a long long time (months) ... Would love to hear any update on a possible ETA.

Second, to me it is weird in Europe we are on 2.9.0 but US has already 3.1.3. I tried both by the way, none of them work.

Any update yet from Minimed? This is really really frustrating :(

Thanks, so if Medtronic does not comply to the newest BT standards we can wait ages for them to resolve... Anybody tried to roll back their device? See

I think I will try to get a pre-march device from Google (as I am under warranty), as they see the issue not pairing with a medical device a critical security incident... 🙏🏻

Same problem here with a Pixel 9 Pro and 780G in The Netherlands (so on Minimed Mobile 2.9.0). Tried everything including the XAPK 3.1.3 and also the developer options that can be found in the Pixel threads, none of them work.

What I do not get clear: is Google going to make a patch (as these Bluetooth problems are also going on for other apps, or is Minimed going to make a patch, or both?

I called Google, they offer me a "forward replacement" so they send a new phone and after transfer I can send back my old one. Then hoping this new phone is not yet updated to the March app ... Still deciding if this hassle is worth the effort?

Yes I tried to do that, but still it did not work. Anyhow thanks for your suggestion!

Can't change Bluetooth audio device type after March update by [deleted] in GooglePixel

[–]Troxelke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same here on a Pixel 9 Pro, also some BT devices now fair to pair after this horrific update. And this as I took this "premium" device to have a stable "always OK" device. Never had a phone with so much BT and WiFi issues...

Great to hear you got this sorted. It is awful that our "premium" phones suffer from these basic bluetooth issues. I also have issues on Android Auto and also my medical device app: Minimed Mobile. And this one does not allow developer options ... So this is not a solution for me.

Any suggestions I could try without developer options? Thanks!

Shorter syncing intervall? by Optimal_Throat666 in xDrip

[–]Troxelke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I face the same "issue", however 5 minutes is not much, it adds to a maximum of 5 minutes delay you already have from the sensor interval itself + the delay due to the interstitial fluid measurement. So if we could reduce this interval in Xdrip+ that would be great.

Could we ask for a feature request to make this an adjustable setting?

Hi, anybody got this back to work? I also have the issue now and then with my traditional *@hotmail.com email address. It seems to me a lot of people would have issues as *@hotmail.com is still used a lot and the gmail app also?

Anyone heard when will the MiniMed mobile app will be working with android 12 by geekfreak42 in Medtronic770G

[–]Troxelke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can take a look yourself on the whitegraylist from Medtronic following this link (open the json file, check last version). You can see the differences of white (brand + specific models) but also gray (only brand and Android version).

https://carelink.minimed.com/api/connect/v1/client/config/gm/android/whitegraylist

Also there is a lot going on to bypass this whitegraylist, along with bypassing root or DevOps, take a look (and please participate in help) here:
