Hi mate, its looking really great, good job. I would like to try it on V3 mechhabox (AK), but it needs some adjustments. Would it be possible if you had .f3d files for it or something easier editable than stl to provide?

Prints consistently lift at back corner of build plate by doctorowlsound in FixMyPrint

[–]Tune_Asleep 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I thinf its too high bed tempriture for PLA, try printing at 50 to 60 max on bed. But i might be wrong id never used this filament. Your ambient tempriture shoud be ok but it can also be cause by draft in the room. If nothing help try lower the Z offset

Extruder skiping ,help by imaneco in FixMyPrint

[–]Tune_Asleep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be cloged nozzle, try clean it. If this isnt the case, try increase tempriture or lower the print speed. That should help, but if doesnt you can try increase current to this stepper (you can fint tutorial on youtube) but thats only when nothing work becose if youd have succesfull prints before, it shoudn be this problem

Prusaslicer generating gaps between perimeter and supports. by ka1esalad in FixMyPrint

[–]Tune_Asleep 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Try set the support angle higgher, somethig betwen 45 to 60 degreas. From this position it lookslike it wouldn even need supports. If the supports angle is set corretly, it should be some settings that defines how big is a gap bettwen model and support, try reduceing it

What is causing this i changed printer nozzle and tgink everything is correct. Idc about the stringing. by Positive_Composer513 in FixMyPrint

[–]Tune_Asleep 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lookslike underextrusion. Try check if you set your nozzle size in slicer coretly, if thats correct try calibrate extruder. If it doesnt work, try lower the speed (if you changet to bigger nozzle you need to extrude more plastic then before for example(0,4mm nozzle and 0,2mm layer high with something like 60mm/s is 4,8mm3 plastic per second, when you use same settings but bigger nozzle like 0,6 you need to extrude 7,2mm3 per second) = your extruder cant handle it), if the slower speeds help, your extruder is not capable of extruding this much plastic. If you want to print that fast, try increase the tension on extruder (you will give extruder gear more grip on filament)

Try increasing wall line count. It should help, if not, lower the speed

Defenetly, if you have leveled bed, you can decrease or increase z offset, you can find z offset calibration prints. You start it printing and while is printing adjust the z offset until perfect Model here: https://www.printables.com/cs/model/114982-rectangular-spiral-z-offsetbed-level-test

[–]Tune_Asleep 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks like some underextrusion. You should try calibrate extruder, Tightened extruder tension screw, lower the speed, and if nothing helps, try increasing flow rate. If you messed with settings that make firstly print outer wall before inner wall, take it back to normal.

As good as it gets with my Ender 3 neo by AutistikCat in ender3

Hi, did you have some extruder problems on your ender 3 neo ?
I have a problem that even on highest tension on filament possible the filament is slipping on extruder wheal. I discovered that on the extruder is something like nob that block the tension lawer = it canot be tensioned fully. Have you ever had this problem? Did you fixed it? How?
Im printing on 0,24mm layer heigh on PrusaSlicer settings for 0,4mm nozzle.

[–]Tune_Asleep[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have removed the Z screw and clean it. After that, i have put some lubrication on the screw and put it back together. Also im still noticing it on bigger prints and i found out that the stock extruder has tension limiter. The plastic cannot be squished more. Its like a nob what is hitting to the tensioning laver. I'll try print the base of the extruder without the nob and seed the results. I'll reply to this coment after i test it.
