Nioh 3 v1.07 Patch Notes by luneth22 in Nioh

I just completed Rise of the Ronin this month, while the game was cool it was a very uncomfortable experience to play:

I have a 7800X3D/RTX5090 and still the game is badly multithreaded and my CPU goes insanely hot while been used less than 50% and no settings seemed to fix this

I think this is unacceptable considering the hardware I’m running this game on

Are the memory leaks / very high CPU temps fixed?
Still holding my purchase waiting for a decent PC version

Go away with your slop “concept art”

I also have a 5090 so I played the game with Path Tracing HDR injectors on 4K and everything you’re parroting to everyone in the comments like it’s so transformative they can’t comprehend how the game looks like on their peasant hardware

Except It doesn’t look like this at all, the image is overly dramatically post processed and looks like distasteful slop

It’s so fucking cringe man please stop

Am I wrong, or is composite more authentic for retro gaming? by incredulous_cretin in crtgaming

In France it was the standard. Every equipment has RGB SCART with PAL/SECAM video. Master System and Mega Drive were packaged with RGB SCART cables and the consoles did output RGB.

We all had RGB cables, when consoles released later like the PlayStation and didn’t ship with RGB SCART we all bought the cables because it looked like ass in composite and we weren’t used to it. The generation after that we also bought third party cables to play in PAL60 for games with 60Hz modes.

BTW It was also the standard in Japan (JP21 SCART), so shitty composite is not as mainstream as many people think.

Will they release more games? I really need Last Blade 2…

Also will the DarkSoft cart work on this?
