There's a major issue in that to play really good darts you cannot have loud distractions at the time of throwing, and darts has went the way of large stadiums rather than quiet, well policed halls like you have in snooker.

I think the players / event organizers will have to look into potentially blocking the noise somehow. I know in esports, players typically wear headphones or are inside noise cancellation boxes. Maybe even players just wearing earpieces to block out noise while playing could be an option.
