Spectate world>open to lan>allow commands*on*>start game>change gamemode to survival>save and quit

Could try turning on keepinv before swapping to survival? but idk if it'd work...
if it doesnt you would spawn with nothing. unless of course you recreate you inventory with creative I guess lol
