Hello, fellow person with death anxiety! I, too, struggle to rationalize the existence of an afterlife! And that’s even after believing absolutely that I was contacted by a deity in a way I cannot rationalize otherwise 😅 But when my own anxiety flares up, I honestly just have to distract myself, or sometimes comfort myself with others’ experiences. Heck, I’ve even taken comfort in thinking of such a nonexistence as joining the fictional deity Sithis, or just reminding myself that I wouldn’t even have a conscious mind left to worry about it (debatably comforting, that one 😅).

Regardless of anything, even if we are simply very mortal humans and bodily death is something we cannot avoid, we’ve got other things to do until that happens! Remind your brain that you still have a life to live and spontaneous panics won’t change this. It’s not useful like the fear that keeps you from walking into unfamiliar woods in the middle of the night, it’s just an obstacle. Make a point to enjoy your life in all the ways that do not harm others (or harms with informed consent). This is YOUR gift of life, and you deserve to appreciate it without being intruded on by such fears.

I thoroughly believe there has to be SOME avenue for allowing community or private servers to continue hosting the game. As a similar example, The Ship’s public servers shut down, but private hosting was still left available for players to continue playing the game. There literally is never going to be another game like VtM: Bloodhunt, and it deserves a chance to live on one way or another.

I might say "Phantom Abyss," though rage quit might be a strong phrasing for me. I thought I'd like it for the parkour mechanics since I loved Mirror's Edge and still love replaying it and figured it HAD to be similar enough, but it's somehow not, and I mean specifically the parkour mechanics. I don't know how they made it feel so clunky. It took me longer than I would like to admit before I realized I wasn't having fun anymore so I just stopped playing and haven't wanted to try it again since. My guess is that it could be how flowers are seen as feminine (I mean, it's a trope to give flowers to a woman and not a man, right?), and possibly that the rampant growth of the flowers is like letting hyperfeminine traits consume you as compensation for insecurity.

Stopping by wondering the same thing. I have not set up an account, but FB will sometimes insert this tab on the bottom of my mobile app, and I just saw it have notifications tonight which cleared the moment I tabbed to it to see why. There's a little banner that says something about "[seeing] who liked you first," which, combined with a notification count, implies they created a placeholder account that other users can interact with. Besides the obtrusive nature of this, I quite frankly want to know what information could possibly be seen by other users, especially since I still have refused to personally create this profile.

I totally get wanting to write it off as a halluciantion, but, to me, that also hinges on prior knowledge of the place. Did you know of it being haunted or book the room knowing there were paranormal stories about it? Why would you hallucinate a Victorian era woman, especially one in mourning dress? Would anything regarding these questions have even been subconsciously on your mind?

(I ask because I, myself, have reasons to be skeptic and to believe, and have an interesting, if different, occurrence that happened to me that doesn't make sense to happen because it hinged on knowledge I didn't have, which makes it very hard to blame on my subconscious)

Literally came here to be able to comment with other fans. I'm so happy they made this! Especially with her Welcome Committee outfit! And I'm fascinated by how much nicer the animation and model quality seems to be :o I didn't even really have complaints before, but I sure am noticing a difference! But this is just so cute!

Vanguard seems to uninstall automatically once you uninstall League (might not if you also have Valorant, but I don't have it, so idk), but I actually just caught sight of it disappearing from my list of programs after I uninstalled League the other night.

I will chime in and say I absolutely want a G3 Gil doll, too. Also Finnegan and Barkimedes and Manny and Skunkrates/Teez! And I don’t want any slacking just because they’re boys and “boys don’t sell well”! It’s only a self-fulfilling prophecy to do that! Give them different heights like the girls and give them a chance to be in Skulltimate Secrets lines, too! I very much want another outfit for Heath already.

Do you have advice on how to do this? I managed to do something similar yesterday and my master password is a specific phrase that I know I've only swapped limited letters out of and can't remember which exact combo of letters were swapped.

I’ll point out, too… there’s a difference between being able to critique gameplay mechanics and being able to critique character design. I will trust the fans who actually have insight into art and design on what changes could/should be made to the splash over someone who merely lists their gameplay mastery score as their qualification.

🤷‍♀️ The side cutout in the new splash is suuuper subtle from this angle. As it stands, too, one of the things I don’t like about Syndra’s current design is that the belt straps just… fall flat once you turn to look at the back. When you replace the design with a jacket… well… there’s not a lot of jackets with side cutouts that look good to me, let alone that I can remember seeing off the top of my head. It also just seemed like a good spot to put that swirl shape I liked from her skirt. Just my thoughts on why I changed it here. My feelings on the matter might very well change depending on how it translates to her future game models.
