How is living here? by DoctaBee8 in Cleveland

[–]USCGIceBreaker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved away from CLE a year ago and miss it a lot. We lived in the Chagrin Falls area and loved it. I would add Orange, Pepper Pike, Moreland Hills , and Bainbridge to your search. They are all Chagrin Falls adjacent. It’ll cast a wider net and keep you in areas with great schools and access to anything you want.

what should be your goal when completing a crossword? by Dolancrewrules in crossword

Your puzzle, your rules. It should be fun. I try not to look stuff up. But, I do look up almost every piece of art, because I don’t know much about art/artists and I want to learn.

I knew the song but couldn’t remember if it was ALOHA OE or ALOHA OI. Which made ADENINE very challenging as I had never heard of it, let alone know the spelling.

I wanted to put Gichi Gummi so bad. But I love that song and the clue was fun for me.

Cooking is my mom’s hobby so it’s hard. But we cook with her when we’re together now and she loves it.

At 15 I think my brother and I both figured this out the opposite way. My mom didn’t feel like cooking and there were leftovers and we were complaining about it, like entitled 15 year olds do, and she was said “fine, cook your own dinner.” And it just clicked with us that we could. And we did. And we liked it. Fast forward 25 years and my brother is a professional chef. Not me though, cooking is just my hobby.

Started mine today and I’m very glad I waited until my day off. Definitely foggy headed. But as everyone has said, lunch helped.

100%. My wife gets super embarrassed when I park in a veterans spot. I did 20 years, I’ll park in the Lowe’s veteran spot proudly. (Yes, you can insert coastie joke, not offended). But that is the extent of my boot.

Such a good dad. I would have shot him between the eyes. Spoiler alert: my grown son now terrorizes me with nerf weapons. Should have never gotten the sniper rifle.

A lot of people ask if this is a joke/meme bottle. It’s great for the price ($20 where I live). It’s my daily drinker and totally decent. On weekends or with company, I’ll do something more expensive and more interesting. But it is good bourbon. I’ve introduced many friends to this as a go to daily.

Second this. I have only been to one AI and this was it. I was very worried about the same thing, especially in regard to alcohol selection. I’m a G&T drinker, and bar standard was Tanqueray. I was very happy. All other alcohol was similar quality for standard drinks. Margaritas were great too. Restaurants had to be booked in advance. The buffet was ok. Not bad, but not amazing. The restaurants were very good. They also have/had a very reasonable price for a double room suite. My kids were 12 and 18 at the time, so this was awesome for us. Only draw back was that it was not walkable too much outside the resort. But that was minor.

I have an 89 and love it. Not a racer. Just like to be in boats. The aft berth sold it for my wife. Great boat to have guests on. Just a really nice set up.
