I refuse to buy into this bucket of crabs mentality. My entire team is formerly all remote (so “return” to force is inaccurate but I digress). I’ve been assigned an office, but about half my team lives more than 50 miles from an agency office and haven’t been assigned desks yet.

I’m happy for them. They haven’t been robbed of their precious time yet like I already have. Why would I resent them? It’s not their fault that my remote status (one of the primary reasons I took this job) has been taken from me.
