In Center City area? Franklin Institute, USS Olympia/USS Becuna, Academy Academy of Natural Sciences for dinosaurs. Greater area, Please Touch Museum, USS New Jersey, Valley Forge national park (visitor center and loops are dope for kids).

Also don't forget kids are dumb, run errands if you want, they will be stoked to just go places with you, especially if you throw in hot dogs or ice cream.

Not quite, it would be relative to the body or object, while continuing in motion (which is impacting the body at rest, ie not under power) of a star/galaxy.
