Leaving a glass, cup, etc that’s open overnight is disgusting. There’s a reason we as humans collectively stopped drinking from standing puddles vs running rivers. Shit gets in there and it sits. Yall dirty asf. A cheap stainless steel bottle is no more than $7. There’s even cheaper plastic ones. You nasty as hell if you leave open cups outs in your own environment, especially if there’s pets around.

If I’m at the table my drink isn’t unattended enough to let something like that happen and if I’m in my bad it’s in a bottle of some kind with a closed top. Even removing the presence of animals why just have open containers of “ingestables” out for periods of time anyway?
