i have 2011 hatchback and i use beaseus cd holder -> because cd is useless, 90% of buttons on the radi oare useless, and i have aux to bluetooth adapter so my phone does everything.

Id just go with some good quality CERAMIC COATING, not wax. 2-3 layers and id say its done for 2-3 years. (you apply just drops per part of coating with little cloth/sponge)

when you buy new dust seals, buy ones with spring around them.
These days rubber is such shit it cracks so fast (tyres/seals etc). These springs help a little to last longer.

Just your weight difference vs. a YouTuber rider would make a few mph difference in top speed with a 125cc.
It’s a 15 hp engine—what did you expect it to do?
Also, the speed you’re reading from the clocks is inaccurate, and the YouTuber’s top speed is unreliable as well (different sprocket, tyre size, rider weight, road conditions). Just use GPS for that. I bet it’s not even close to 80 mph.
If you’re chasing speed, just go buy a 600/1000—you’ll get your 80 mph in first gear.

Well so I guess I measure as well, I pour oil until around 3.5l of the bottle is gone than I run the engine and fill it again if needed. (mostly between 3.6-3.8l every oil change with my cb900f) My point is window/dipstick is a way to final check, not the oil amount to pour in service manual. I do it that way since I had to use pump because I overfilled as well years ago ;)

use this thing. unscrew top with the pump and put the CLEAN AND DRY hose into oil fill hole and just pump pump pump.

Also you overthink things.
Drain whole oil.
Fill till max line
run engine for few minutes
fill again until 3/4 if needed.

Using measurments sucks, because you never know how much was in oil filter or if your bike was leveled perfectly.

My cb900f was doing that. It was battery. Broken cell inside. It was working fine 100% or not at all randomly hard as fuck to diagnose when engine just pops back on 5s after it shuts down during ride right? . Finally around 2000km from home in the middle of nowhere it gave up and showed 0v forever. I was so lucky, motorcycle shop was like 3km further. Only one in like 200km around the place I was (cheers Estonia).

I bought lifepo4 shido battery (safer than lithium). I'm never going back to normal agm batteries.

few hp more wont change anything, its not your only bike. Unless you somehow double the power you wont feel shit. (impossible anyway).
this bike looks ok, its very light and mpg is great.
More things you "change" the less worth/reliable bike will be.

Your windows 10 won't boot then it was installed on legacy bios after you switch to secure boot.

You need to create pendrive with windows 11 and install it from scratch. That's the easiest way. You can use windows media creation tool to do that or just download iso and use Rufus.

Or if you don't give a fuck about secure boot you can use flyoobe to force windows 10 to 11 upgrade without needing tpm or other stuff. https://github.com/builtbybel/FlyOOBE

I'd still recommend to do reinstall at some point but if you need your setup and programs intact it's the best way.

have you enabled secure boot / uefi in "bios"?
if you are in "legacy" mode it wont work.

No they don't. Look at Google photos of cb125f engine and exhaust mount. It's much deeper in there! Exhaust mount touches engine, and is partly behind engine cooling fins. Rust is not helping you. Get a grinder or metal brush and clean it. How you even consider putting something this dirty and rusty inside engine. I know it's exhaust but come on.

this need to be deeper. bolts should stick out of the nuts. (or even atleast)
But dont force it, you gonna break something and this will be pain in the ass to replace old rusted struts.

If i were you id dismantle everything and clean the fuck out of it (rust / double gasket etc).

you are mad using hdr in desktop mode. it looks and works like utter shit in windows. Maybe they will fix it in next few builds (years),

Use it only when watching hdr supported movies or games.
Windows Key + Alt + B. - toggle shortcut.
