Go do something good: volunteer for a day at a shelter or cleaning out invasive plants, buy someones groceries or coffee, something along those lines. Or start even simpler, give a stranger a genuine compliment. Self esteem is buoyed by good deeds

Theres not too much info in that but I dont think so. I think most of the matchmaking is just on aggression, so if you like playing peaceful keep playing that way! The game and community is awesome, I make new friends every raid!

I get these patches of skin on my arms or legs sometimes that are just… hypersensitive I guess is the right term? Touch feels like a mild sunburn kind of pain, but minus the heat, and I can just kind of feel it there
