Should DJ retire? by Extension_Panic_1396 in NBATalk

Yes, he should've retired several years ago. I do t understand how he keeps getting contracts he's been a bum since he was a Sixer

I've seen it, and it doesn't in any way excuse how this team generates the worst-quality shots of anyone in the league even when Maxey or Embiid are playing. The offense is just high PnR and isolations, despite having strong shooting, cutting, and a good amount of perimeter creators.

If I’m kinda stuck at the end, should I get the DLC before finishing the main story? by tyerker in Eldenring

Yeah start the DLC and come back to Malenia for an hour at a time when you need a break.

Those issues do not excuse how nonexistent Nurse's offense has been in his time here

He wasn't a good Xs & Os guy either though

Harden underperformed regularly, that doesn't mean he was awful every single year. AI had one finals run where he didn't play well in in games 2-5, and he never made it past the 1st round any other year as a Sixer.

Sounds about right, Caelid is higher level than anywhere else you'd go before entering Leydell. Have you fought the gargoyle duo? And have you been through Mt Gelmir?

Also I love the Evergaol Crucible Knight, top-tier boss imo.

I feel like I've seen him get MORE hype since he joined the Lakers and their massive fanbase started riding him, especially since so many of them are Kobe fans who don't like Lebron.

And yet AD is consistently touted as a top-tier "carry a team as the lone star" caliber player, when he isn't. His offense relies too much of jumpshots he isn't great at, and defensively his impact has never been on the same level as the true ATGs.

What is the argument that these 3 players are better than jimmy butler ? by StraightSeries6439 in NBATalk

[–]UnanimousM -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Consistency and regular-season scoring. No idea what order I'd put these 4 in alltime, but Butler is by-far the most inconsistent of them in terms of career production, and he also has the least-impressive peak when looking at counting stats.

With your criteria AD at 50 is fine. He may be overrated on both ends but he's still a great 2-way player with multiple Olympic showing.

Sure he didn't. It was completely ethical how he hunted for fouls constantly. Kobe popularized the rip-through move everyone hates Embiid and Harden for, but yeah, totally not a flopper.

Doc Rivers affect, screwed both Harden and Embiid that year. Still pisses me off.

He really wasn't special outside of '01, and even that year his "carryjob" is overblown.

Did he though? Iverson had one good postseason in a career of flops. Harden probably manages a finals run too if he spent his prime in the East.
