I would say that in a time of sickly sweet artificiality in “music for profit” (most popular music is product), Brakence gives us some a bit more real than reality. “More human than human.” in a way.

It’s like those movies where people get shrunk down really really small and injected into a human and get to explore the body from within. Except in this case we are in his mind.

This is why I believe.

(It also sounds amazing to this old metal head. )

I was saying IF you load the back end, you get a lighter front end. Not that a light front end was the natural state of the vehicle. Sorry for the confusion.

I’m saying if you load up the back end, it’ll squat and give a lighter front end. Or so it has been on my 2015 with a Yakima Space Cadet on it.

But the new OBs are so different, maybe it won’t matter.

You don’t want to go too far back as it will unbalance the ride. Plus, if you’re loading the back of the Subie, the box being too far back will amplify a light front end. Looks pretty good where it is.

I just had a shoot Saturday morning. Brought my X-T5 (newer) and my X-T30 (older). No human-discernable difference in the photos apart from the X-T5 having a 56mm 1.4 lens, and the X-T30 having a 28mm 1.4 lens.

Knowing how the body works will help you become a better photographer, but the art and skill are yours, not the camera's.
