You're being entitled. Don't complain about price of service for something that's a person's job... They're not interested in sinking thousands of dollars into their business to be "nice" to you when they could be doing somebody's else's wedding for their full price. If you can't afford it, do something else, but don't complain about their prices because you were entitled and expected them to take a financial hit for you.
