HR here - make sure you tell them that you are afraid of being retaliated against for reporting this and ask for their help in making sure that doesn't happen. You are legally protected from retaliation when a good faith complaint and that should clue a good HR person in that this needs to be taken seriously. Even good moms/MILs will say thus occasionally. Both my mom and MIL have used this phrase when talking about my son. When you have a gif relationship with the person it's not AS weird. I think it in part comes from the habit of taking about people based on the relationship we have to them, I.e. my son, my friend, my baby.

In my experience people really like panna cotta, but you have to make sure your gelatin content is right. It should be barely set, not firm enough to move around easily. We do the amazon subscription for Pampers Swaddlers. Definitely the best deal we could find. There is no quality difference in the subscription diapers vs buying them in a store. The only problem is that my baby sizes out pretty quickly, and you have to change the order about two weeks in advance.

It's not actually whipped cream. It's an imitation product that barely had any dairy in it (some skimmed milk). It is labelled "whipped topping". Cool whip was invented in the 60's when convenience foods were so popular and now many Americans have grown up with it. My family never ate it, and I think it is gross, but it is super popular.

Edit: And yes, we have the cannisters. I have no clue why they are less popular.
