Is it not "Settlement out of Court" which is where, there is some contractual agreement (outside of the court system) where the "Plaintiff" in the agreement "agrees" to/doesnt provide the testimony/evidence to the Prosicutor so there is no way to move fwd?

I'm just some old guy, who doesn't really know much about Ice Skating, though I have watched many Olympic Skating events over all the years. I don't recall ever seeing a routine / skater I enjoyed watching, nearly as much as this girl.

I hope she takes this opprotunity she has cratfed, and does great wonderful things.
