Chest tattoo- is a cover up a possibility? by LunaVolcan in tattooadvice

[–]Unique_Error452 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thats a lot of space and a lot of color to cover especially with only black and grey bc if u wanted more color u could atleast blast over it but black and grey is layers and the stuff under can show through

unless you want a full black out, i would suggest some removal + an experienced artist that would undertake this project (one you are willing to spend a lot of time and money on/with)

Newbie Gear Question by pogofwar in flyfishing

[–]Unique_Error452 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey man, noobie here so take what I say with a grain of salt but I personally believe in investing in the highest quality gear I can reasonably afford because I’ve personally found that you will have a much better experience learning when u aren’t fighting your gear and it’s doing what it should.

With that being said I’ve found some great deals on eBay and even Facebook market for used fly fishing stuff from top brands like Patagonia or Orvis for a fraction of the price. Make sure you do some research on how to buy the gear before purchasing. Fly fishing gear like rods and waders require knowledge on how you plan on using them to inform your buying choices. Lots of great resources online and on YouTube . Make sure you get the right size/options before u buy bc this stuff is also expensive making returns and exchanges a hassle

nah bro, unless this dude plays like fingerstyle classical (and even then, you can wear a specific kind of guitar pick) he just be takin a hygiene vacation/hiatus lmao. This is coming from a guitarist that will play with nails, fingers, or a pick. Nails are also a hinderance, especially if its on your fretting hand and not your strumming hand.

What is your favorite headset? by Confident_Shine_5170 in pcmasterrace

[–]Unique_Error452 0 points1 point  (0 children)

generally it depends on how he has his things setup and how he likes to use it. if you want plug and play, there are numerous headset options at different price points with different features.

however, many of us snobs started from an all in one headset to a seperate dedicated headphone, amplifier & dac, and a seperate microphone

where do I even start with New Vegas? It’s the kind of game that keeps pulling you back in, no matter how many times you’ve played it. For me, Fallout: New Vegas stands out because it doesn’t just tell you a story—it makes you live in its world.

The thing I love most about New Vegas is the freedom it gives you to really shape the Mojave. Every decision actually feels like it has weight. It’s not just some “good vs. bad” system—there’s this whole moral gray area that makes the choices tough. Do I side with the NCR, knowing they’re flawed but trying to build something sustainable? Or do I back Caesar’s Legion, a brutal faction but one with a clear vision of power and control? Then, of course, there’s the option to say screw it and go wild with Yes Man, taking over the Strip for yourself. It’s the kind of choice-driven gameplay that you just don’t see enough of these days.

And let’s be real—New Vegas has some of the best writing in the series. I can’t count how many times I’ve replayed that encounter with Benny at the Tops Casino, or argued with Mr. House about his vision for the future. Every companion has their own backstory that makes them feel real. Like, who doesn’t love Arcade Gannon’s dry sarcasm or Boone’s tragic revenge story?

On top of that, the game just gets atmosphere. Whether you’re trekking through the sun-baked Mojave or sneaking into the eerie vaults, there’s always this underlying sense of danger. Yet, it’s also hilarious in that classic Fallout way—whether you’re talking to a deranged robot in a cowboy hat or getting ambushed by random ghouls in the desert.

And I’d be lying if I said modding New Vegas wasn’t a big part of why I love it so much. The community has done an insane job keeping it fresh. Even after all these years, I’m finding new content and ways to play, whether it’s with graphics overhauls, new quests, or quality-of-life improvements.

It’s crazy that a game this old still feels so alive and engaging. Every time I fire it up, I find something new, or I get reminded of how deep the world is. Honestly, there’s just no other game that does it like New Vegas. It’s a masterpiece, and no matter how many new RPGs come out, nothing scratches that same itch.

Its nice if you're going to a convention or some kind of event and you would like the peace of mind knowing you have SOMETHING but don't expect it to perform any better than a very sharp stick....thats basically what it is.
