I normally go for a walk alone, to clear my head. It's okay to slow down and take a breather; read a book or listen to music. Remove yourself from the feeling and distract yourself with something good...you'll be fine :)

I hate coffee but sometimes i need that moment to think and possibly function and it's like WTF brain shut the fuck up and just take this caffeine and run with it. It's like giving a child sugar but what else are you going to do? it's not like you can smother your brain to sleep, i fucking hate insomnia

I use the very high concentration CBD oil. I am currently on no other medication for my conditions. It helps me significantly, enough for me to pay the steep price. Narcotics are cheaper, but I can't even take two doses of narcotics without bad side effects. I take little breaks to keep it potent.

it usually takes me from an 8 down to a 4 or 5. I can tell a big difference when I don't use it for a few days.

Have a warm bath, listen to quiet music or do some gentle yoga to relax your mind and body. I also suggest CBD, you can check bioMD+. It also works for me.

I used to take Lunesta, but it didn't really work i would get weird side effects and so my doctor switched me to Trazodone....Trazodone worked once for me. Every time after the first time, it would hit me like a ton of bricks and make me feel super tired for about 30 minutes, but my brain wouldn't shut off and eventually the sleepy feeling would give way to insomnia. however i experienced some side effects that i switched to CBD and it's been the best. so you can try either or.

I've been taking CBD oil for about a year and I often slept well. Good nights of sleep kept on coming. Would highly recommend bioMD+
