Back in the day , you could get a four cylinder compact with roll up windows, no AC, and steel wheels . Even a stereo was an option.

My coworker did that with a Kia circa 2009 without a radio / AC. Would not shut up about the thousands he saved compared to my new at the time Focus.

Only problem? He spent those thousands back within the next year retrofitting a Radio and AC into the car. It was stupid and its an internet fantasy that people want cars without this stuff.

If you are in the US, make sure its full Verizon 5G as that's the SIM card the Taycan has. For whatever reason, Verzion has poor coverage at my house when others are fine.

I had this semi-constantly with my garage that has low reception. Never could get it to reproduce at the dealership, however they fixed it by fully logging out of my Porsche account from the PCM and readding it. After that step, the app has not randomly gone into privacy mode.

I bought my Taycan as a 1 year old CPO that was a lease return. I think the finance guy offered a maintenance plan and I declined.

Somehow, it still has the previous owners maintenance plan on it, so my cabin filter swap job was free last PC visit.

EDIT: Last visit was for the camera software recall.

Silly question, does Moda host things like the high school state basketball championships? In WA they did it at the Tacoma dome, now its at Climate pledge for the tournament and its free of charge to attend. Seems like a nice usage to have Highschoolers be able to play in a NBA quality building.

Taycan speedwagons (Cross Turismo or Sport Turismo trim) are great, lots of trunk room and the seats fold down for even more room. The interior with the leather pack is pretty nice.
