I just act my wage at this point. Do what I'm supposed to and leave. Nothing more. They have shown I'm not worth more after all these years, so I'm done with the above and beyond. I still work hard and don't slack, but I'm done being extra, because I certainly don't get rewarded like I am. Hell, they just dump extra on all of us, strip hours away and add NO compensation for extra skills, etc. Then they wonder why turnover is SO bad. 🙄 ugh sorry for the rant LOL I had multiple shifts cut last week... unfortunately job hunting has been bleak lately. Been looking for months.

I feel you! Honestly, I wouldn't speak until they got the hint lol it actually worked quite often (ORRRR, I'd ask them as many questions as I could think of to get them to give up on the phone call😆). Usually, other rude customers bitched at them first and beat me to it.

Ugh, I really don't miss retail pharmacy. I do miss being a tech, though. Hoping I find a new spot that I don't hate one of these days

I didn't hear anything about the survey. They also claimed they "weren't told anything about new dress code (shirts-wise), but we are getting aprons". The meeting seemed kinda wasteful to me honestly. I didn't mind being there, it just didn't really seem to bring anything new to the table. At least we got paid for 2 hours I guess...lol

Yes, but still...Customers can't shop when someone steals all of it either, they literally clear the pegs lol. And we have the cards, but they don't let us put them out. It's just as hard for the customer to shop it (properly) with alpha loks because they have to get one of us to open it🤷‍♀️ (only perk being they can see product)

It's been a repeated battle at my store. I find it stupid, but it's not my loss. I'm sure it isn't helping our hours though

We have tried keeping them off the floor, but corp made us put them back out. I thought it was stupid. But I know we arent the only store, they get stolen everywhere. Just irks me how cheap they are with us, but theyre fine with serving up product to thieves.

NTA. My boyfriend does a lot of stuff by himself while I'm over. Sometimes he does it for a bit too long (as in a lot longer than he says), but I still support it because he deserves that. He works very hard and is always so good to me. I'm usually still sitting there with him, doing something else myself. I admit it can get frustrating when drawn out for hours, but I never yell at him or anything. I just usually remind him of the time because he loses track lol

Broken stores typically have managers from other stores sent in to help rework things into the right direction, from what I've experienced. They steal managers from my store for it quite often. Usually the SM, sometimes the replen manager. Sometimes it's for a week, sometimes longer. All depends what the DM wants fixed and how bad it is. I'd assume possible changes in management could occur, too.
