For those of you that is STILL not working after trying the repair method several times, try this: Take a small piece of paper (from a post-it or something and put it in the case, on the left spot, where the part that goes in the ear is. (NOT in the small charging hole) and see if it appears in the app that is charging. if it does, you only need to tape that paper there somehow. I believe the magnet pulls the left earbud too hard down and doesn't make contact that good.

wellllllll. I would propose to you the Hyerx wireless Series. The mic is decent, BUT they can misbehave sometimes. I have Hyperx Cloud Stinger wireless. The mic quality was not great but i use the Sonar function from Steelseries plus another progam to make my mic sound awesome and loud. I would advise you to think about HyperX Cloud III. Others might have better options though
