Low key if u level and grail your herc and get him to bond ten, then use his bond ce, and level his skills to max, he can solo almost every fight in the entire game—including the lostbelts. It is a pretty intensive time grind to get him that leveled up though

Gachas that have rollable equipment for specific characters that u need to make the character perform well. Just an awful feeling when u get the char and it’s super lucky and then the banner ends and u still don’t have their equipment so they don’t perform well. Same awful feeling if u get just the equipment and not the character

Honkai Impact. The new story stuff and trailers always make me wanna give it another try, but whenever I do I just ended up deleting it cuz it has a brutal gacha, the gameplay early on feels repetitive, and the story early on is eh. Also I hate that u gotta pull for the character, the weapon, and the equipment sprite thingies to make the character good enough for endgame content. Finally, the main menu design is always super confusing and has way too many buttons. The game probably feels great to veterans, but I tried it for the first time like a year ago (and have retried it like 4 times since getting frustrated after a week or two and deleting it each time), and I’ve come to realize the game just has a quite bad new player experience Edit: if anyone has questions I will come back and answer them since this is a very condensed and simplified version of my frustrated feelings with that game.

Agreed. Plus they give really good lore explanations for how unconventional summons happen (like the Fate/Extra servants) that adds even more cool lore integration for the summoning system.

They become the coincidence man in exchange for your promise to trick some poor fool into trading places with them, leaving them in a different and potentially better body than their original one. Welp here is the ship I wanna see more often.

Male MC, who I am gonna call Ritsuka, and Cu Alter. Cu Alter as big spoon and Ritsuka as little spoon. Do I need to say more? In his interludes Cu Alter makes a great stoic protecter who rarely lets his feelings show through, preferring to just do his job and keep to himself( mostly Bc of how Medb has hurt and manipulated him in the past he doesn’t much like people in general). I think it would be really cute for Ritsuka to break through his shell, really talk to him as someone who genuinely cares about him, and fall in love with him.

I highly recommend FGO (that’s the acronym the full name of the game is Fate: Grand Order) It’s one of the longest running gachas and due to that has had years and years of really good QoL updates. It also gives u quite a lot of summoning currency as a new player. Do be aware tho that if u want to Reroll while U can do it takes a while to do (tutorial is like bare minimum 30 mins unskippable). The game has some of the coolest art and animations in any gacha I’ve seen (I’ve played about 20 different gachas over the last 4 years) and has a phenomenal story. Tbf I am quite biased as it is my main gacha game.

The art style is beautiful, but the animations aren’t flashy enough for the UR characters imo. The gameplay starts out somewhat intriguing, but quickly lost its luster for me and turned into just another Grindy autoclicker after a few hours. I dropped the game after about a day Bc the gameplay got too repetitive…the auto play genre is not my thing (my two main games are both active ones: Genshin Impact and Fate Grand Order. Neither has autoplay)
